FRIDAY
A warm welcome to the farm starts at 9am with a full walk and talk through the finer details of your day. We’ll take every detail from you and your suppliers to make sure everything runs just how you imagined it. From here on you can forget it all as we’ll take full responsibility on the day.
From 10am your friends and family are welcome and booked cottages become available.
With hanging installations taken care of before you arrive and tables and chairs pre set there’s a whole day ahead to arrive, organise and ready. There’s time to do those finer details, photo walls and place settings or just know that your suppliers have time to avoid the last minute rush of a one day hire.
Our team will be putting the final touches to the venue but will be on hand throughout the day for any questions and help where needed.
As everything comes together we’ll happily lead a ceremony rehearsal for all your friends and family so everyone knows their cues and we’ll touch base on the finishing details like microphone use, guest flow and what needs moving when and to where.
Finally as 6pm approaches you can relax and enjoy an evening out. Everything is done, it looks amazing and you’re getting married in the morning!

SATURDAY
Saturday is the day you say ‘I Do’ at Mickleton Hills Farm.
With access to the getting ready room via a coded door as early as you’d like there’s no worry of a wedding checking out. Yours is the only one!
Our team will open the barns, do the final checks, turn everything on and put out the welcome signs.
We’ll be here for car parking, welcoming, arrival drinks. Our team will co-ordinate your music, we’ll welcome your suppliers, co-ordinate your pre ceremony interviews. We’ll make sure your guests take their seats and you walk down the aisle on time.
After your ceremony we’ll set your confetti lines, open the bar and serve your reception drinks and make sure everything just flows. It’s all our job.
We could list everything from here on but trust us it’s a very long list. Your chosen caterers will cook and serve your food, your chosen band will play your music but we’ll take care of almost everything else.

Relax. You did it!
It’s a late check out at 12 midday.
The only goal is to take the personal possessions you want to keep from the barns and leave everything else. We’ll take care of everything.
