Away from the distractions of the office, our spaces allow teams to slow down, think clearly and reconnect. Whether you’re planning ahead, bringing people together after a busy season, or marking a milestone, the farm provides the space for conversations that matter.

Our approach is intentionally flexible. Some teams arrive with a clear agenda; others want time to reflect, talk and reset. From focused working sessions to long lunches, competitive tasks and garden games, each away day is shaped around your aims.
